This protein smoothie, loved by Jennifer Garner, helps stabilize blood sugar, reduce hunger, and boost energy levels.

It's based on celebrity nutritionist Kelly LeVeque's straightforward yet effective Fab Four Smoothie method — a blend of fat, greens, protein, and fiber designed to keep you full and focused for hours. After a morning with Kelly, we're inspired to ditch unhealthy eating habits and join the Fab Four movement.

I was surprised at how good it was! I thought it would taste awful with all those ingredients, but it was delightful. I used primal coconut chocolate collagen and wasn't sure how to incorporate it, but now I can drink this every day. So good!

This is very similar to my regular smoothie, but I use vanilla and cinnamon instead of blueberries. I'm definitely trying this version!
