This collection features delightful NA spritzes that capture the essence of summer. With flavors like Pinkberry Rose, Cucumber Ginger, and Mango Orange, each drink is a refreshing option for those sunny days.
Picture a sunny afternoon with sliced watermelon, a great book, and a chilled beverage. As a fan of non-alcoholic drinks, I find joy in crafting beverages that feel festive and indulgent—these spritzes are flavorful, invigorating, and ideal for relaxing in the warmth.

I embraced a variety of flavors so that everyone can find their favorite. The Pinkberry Rose spritz is sweet and fruity, perfect for leisurely afternoons. The Cucumber Ginger spritz pays homage to my mom's mint chutney, balancing sweetness with savory notes. Meanwhile, the Mango Orange spritz embodies sunshine—bright, playful, and perfect for poolside enjoyment. A truly satisfying NA drink goes beyond just bubbles; it has to burst with flavor. By blending fruits and veggies smoothly, you can skip the straining and achieve a rich drink.

The best part? You can prepare these in larger batches ahead of time. Each recipe yields about 3–4 drinks, so feel free to double it for gatherings or prep it once to enjoy throughout the week. Just lay out the ingredients and let your friends craft their perfect spritz.

- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cup cherries
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Pinch of salt
- For the Rose Simple Syrup:
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp food-grade dried rose petals
- Pinch of powdered vanilla or vanilla extract
For the Cucumber Ginger Spritz Mix:
- 2 small cucumbers, chopped
- 2 inches ginger, peeled
- Handful of mint leaves
- Small handful of cilantro leaves
- 2 – 3 tbsp honey
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Pinch of salt
For the Mango Orange Spritz Mix:
- 1 mango, peeled
- Juice of 1 orange
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Begin by making the rose simple syrup. In a small pot, combine sugar and water. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally. Cook on low until the sugar dissolves, which should take a few minutes. Remove from heat, add rose petals and vanilla, and let steep until cool. Store in an airtight container in the fridge until needed.
- For the Pinkberry Rose Spritz, mix 2 – 3 tbsp of the spritz mix and 2 tbsp of the rose syrup in a glass. Add ice and top with sparkling water.
- Prepare the spritz mixes by adding the ingredients for each to a high-powered blender, blending until completely smooth. Adjust flavors as needed, adding more honey for sweetness or lemon juice for tartness. Store each mix in an airtight jar in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
- To serve, pour a few tablespoons of your chosen spritz mix into a glass, add ice, and finish with sparkling water. Enjoy cold!
