We don't always need to be productive. In fact, that pressure can be exhausting. Some experts even advocate for a six-hour workday instead of the typical eight or more. To change that, I've curated a list of activities to enjoy at night that are way better than zoning out in front of the TV.
After shutting down my computer on a free night, I look for something uplifting. Instead of reaching for a screen (we're all guilty of mindless scrolling or binge-watching), it's refreshing to spend the evening differently.
